  • We welcome all levels of yoga experience into our program. Whether you have been practicing privately or with instruction for decades, or developed a love and respect for yoga & meditation this very year, our program is beginner friendly.

  • Absolutely! We are thrilled to welcome those who would like to deepen their personal practice, self-exploration, and explore the wisdom of yogic philosophy. While you will receive instruction on how to teach comfortably and confidently, it is not a requirement that you teach upon certification.

  • While we will have a few sections online and may defer to virtual classes during snowstorms, this program is meant to be completed in person. Arrangements can be made for recordings & a few scheduled make up sessions should you have to miss on occasion, within reason.

  • We hope to expand our scholarship program as we grow. We will inquire with each registrant if they have the means/interest to contribute to our scholarship fund and will offer 1-2 partial scholarships if significant financial need is expressed, with invitation for for our debut training year of 2024-2025. Representation of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) teachers is very important to us and part of our mission for diversity and inclusion and we reserve one partial scholarship for a member of the BIPOC yoga community.

  • Arrangements can be made for recordings & a few scheduled make-up sessions throughout the year should you have to miss on occasion, within reason and with notice beforehand.
