  • Yojita Yoga Refund Policy 2024-2025 

    Upon receiving an acceptance email, the applicant will be charged a deposit of $600 on their credit card,  or via check or Zelle.  

    We offer 3 payment options: 

    1. Earlybird pay in full $3000 by October 15th 2025

    2. Three (3) payments of $1100:

    • Deposit of $600 holds place by Oct 15th 2024

    • 1st payment of $500 due Nov 1st 2024 (w/ deposit equalling 1st payment of $1100)

    • 2nd payment of $1100 due Feb 1st 2025

    • 3rd payment of $1100 due May 1st 2025

    1. Monthly payments of $290 (after $600 deposit,  payments begin Nov 2nd 2024 for 10 months)

    Final invoices / payment schedule will be emailed 3 weeks before the start date of training. The deadline to pay in full is 2 weeks prior to the start date of training. If applicant withdraws from the program after acceptance, but before the program starts,  $600 from applicant’s deposit amount will be retained by the program. However, such amount can be applied towards a future training program or retreat hosted by Yojita Yoga.

    Special Cases 

    In case a student needs to withdraw from the program due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the program will provide a reasonable and fair refund. 

    Bad Conduct 

    No refunds will be given if the program removes a student from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students. 

    The program tuition fees are non-refundable. If a student must withdraw from the program for special circumstances, the program may give a partial refund to the student in the exercise of its discretion. 

    The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts. The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full.
